本页涵盖什么

Kinetic 是一个独立的、由一个人运营的专注计时器，页脚的署名写明了是谁在做。使用它就意味着接受本页的内容。如果你不接受，请不要使用本应用。另外，计时器本身不用账号也能运行，所以想试一试并不需要交出什么。

你的账号

账号是可选的，也是免费的。登录的方式是给你发一封带链接的邮件，所以能进入你收件箱的人都能进入你的账号，请妥善保管。你可以随时不再使用这个账号，也可以写信要求删除它： privacy@kinetictimer.com.

合理使用

• ·不要试图闯入他人的账号或数据。
• ·不要攻击、压垮或探测这项服务。
• ·不要转售 Kinetic，也不要把它当作自己的作品。

做出上述任何一件事的账号可能被暂停或移除。

Kinetic Plus and payment

Kinetic Plus is an optional paid plan. It is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipt, and charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. The price, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay, and Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Free trial and automatic renewal

A new Kinetic Plus subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are then charged the price shown at checkout, and the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Kinetic Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged at all. If your account is deleted, your subscription is cancelled on the deletion date and the remaining paid period is not refunded. This does not affect any right to withdraw or be refunded described under Refunds.

Refunds

The free trial is in addition to any refund rights the law gives you, not a replacement for them. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Paddle, as merchant of record, handles withdrawal and refund requests.

Price changes

If the price of Kinetic Plus changes, we will give you notice before the new price applies to your subscription. It applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

适用哪里的法律

本条款受 Ontario, Canada 的法律管辖，相关争议由当地法院处理。如果你是其他地方的消费者，这并不会剥夺你所在国家给你的保护。

赞助

Kinetic 提供一个可选链接，供想以一次性赞助表达谢意的人使用。赞助出于自愿，不可退款，并通过 Ko-fi 完成，Ko-fi 是另一项服务，有自己的条款。赞助不是购买：它不会在 Kinetic 中购买、解锁或改变任何内容，也不享有优先权、支持或超出免费功能的任何功能。Kinetic 不是注册慈善机构，因此赞助不能开具税务收据。

变更与终止

本条款可能会变。Kinetic 也可能停止运营。真到那一步，有账号的人都会收到合理的提前通知，以及把自己数据带走的机会。
