무엇에 대한 약관인가요

Kinetic은 한 사람이 운영하는 독립 집중 타이머입니다. 누가 만드는지는 페이지 아래 크레딧에서 확인하세요. 사용한다는 것은 이 페이지의 내용에 동의한다는 뜻입니다. 동의하지 않으신다면 앱을 쓰지 마세요. 타이머 자체는 계정 없이도 동작하므로, 한번 써 보는 데 넘겨야 할 것은 없습니다.

계정

계정은 선택이며 무료입니다. 로그인은 메일로 링크를 보내는 방식이라, 받은 편지함에 접근할 수 있는 사람은 누구나 계정에 들어올 수 있습니다. 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 계정은 언제든 그만 쓸 수 있고, 삭제 요청은 다음 주소로 보내 주세요: privacy@kinetictimer.com.

올바른 사용

• ·다른 사람의 계정이나 데이터에 침입하려 하지 마세요.
• ·서비스를 공격하거나, 과부하를 주거나, 무단으로 탐색하지 마세요.
• ·Kinetic을 되팔거나 본인 것처럼 내세우지 마세요.

위의 어느 하나라도 하는 계정은 정지되거나 삭제될 수 있습니다.

Kinetic Plus and payment

Kinetic Plus is an optional paid plan. It is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipt, and charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. The price, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay, and Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Free trial and automatic renewal

A new Kinetic Plus subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are then charged the price shown at checkout, and the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Kinetic Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged at all. If your account is deleted, your subscription is cancelled on the deletion date and the remaining paid period is not refunded. This does not affect any right to withdraw or be refunded described under Refunds.

Refunds

The free trial is in addition to any refund rights the law gives you, not a replacement for them. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Paddle, as merchant of record, handles withdrawal and refund requests.

Price changes

If the price of Kinetic Plus changes, we will give you notice before the new price applies to your subscription. It applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

어느 법이 적용되나요

이 약관은 Ontario, Canada의 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 그곳의 법원에서 다룹니다. 다른 곳의 소비자라면, 이 조항이 본인 국가가 보장하는 보호를 없애지는 않습니다.

후원

Kinetic에는 일회성 후원으로 감사를 전하고 싶은 분을 위한 선택형 링크가 있습니다. 후원은 자발적이며 환불되지 않고, 자체 약관을 가진 별도 서비스인 Ko-fi를 통해 이루어집니다. 후원은 구매가 아닙니다. Kinetic에서 무엇을 사거나 잠금 해제하거나 바꾸지 않으며, 이미 무료인 기능 이상의 우선권, 지원, 기능에 대한 권리도 생기지 않습니다. Kinetic은 등록된 자선단체가 아니므로 후원금은 세금 영수증 대상이 아닙니다.

변경과 종료

이 약관은 바뀔 수 있습니다. Kinetic이 종료될 수도 있습니다. 그런 경우 계정이 있는 분께는 충분한 사전 안내와 데이터를 가져갈 기회를 드립니다.
