利用規約

この規約の対象

Kinetic は個人が独立して運営する集中タイマーです。運営者はページ下部のクレジットをご覧ください。ご利用は、このページの内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。同意されない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。なお、タイマー自体はアカウントなしで動くため、試すために何かを手放す必要はありません。

アカウントについて

アカウントは任意で、無料です。ログインはメールでリンクをお送りする方式のため、受信トレイにアクセスできる人は誰でもアカウントに入れます。安全に管理してください。ご利用はいつでもおやめいただけます。削除のご依頼は次の宛先へお送りください： privacy@kinetictimer.com.

適正な利用

• ·他の人のアカウントやデータに侵入しようとしないでください。
• ·サービスへの攻撃、過負荷、探索行為をしないでください。
• ·Kinetic を転売したり、自分のものとして提供したりしないでください。

上記に当たる行為があったアカウントは、停止または削除されることがあります。

Kinetic Plus and payment

Kinetic Plus is an optional paid plan. It is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipt, and charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. The price, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay, and Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Free trial and automatic renewal

A new Kinetic Plus subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are then charged the price shown at checkout, and the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Kinetic Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged at all. If your account is deleted, your subscription is cancelled on the deletion date and the remaining paid period is not refunded. This does not affect any right to withdraw or be refunded described under Refunds.

Refunds

The free trial is in addition to any refund rights the law gives you, not a replacement for them. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Paddle, as merchant of record, handles withdrawal and refund requests.

Price changes

If the price of Kinetic Plus changes, we will give you notice before the new price applies to your subscription. It applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

準拠法

本規約は Ontario, Canada の法令に準拠し、紛争は同地の裁判所が取り扱います。他の国の消費者の方については、その国の法律が与える保護が損なわれることはありません。

ご支援

Kinetic には、一度きりのご支援で感謝を伝えたい方のための任意のリンクがあります。ご支援は任意で返金できず、独自の規約を持つ別サービスの Ko-fi を通じて行われます。ご支援は購入ではありません。Kinetic の何かを購入、解除、変更するものではなく、すでに無料の機能を超える優先対応、サポート、機能を受ける権利も生じません。Kinetic は登録された慈善団体ではないため、ご支援は税務上の領収書の対象になりません。

変更と終了

本規約は変更されることがあります。また、Kinetic の提供を終了する場合もあります。その際は、アカウントをお持ちの方に十分な予告を行い、データを持ち出す機会をご用意します。
